Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions of use (the "Agreement") carefully. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement entered into by and between you (the "Customer", "you", "your") and Elite Fence Academy ("Elite Fence Academy", "we," "us," "our") and governs access to and use of the coaching, consulting, and information Services.

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY.

1. DEFINITIONS

•"Services" means all business coaching, consulting, information products, training courses (including the Foundations Course), weekly coaching sessions, and related business development services provided by Elite Fence Academy.

•"EFA IP" means all intellectual property, designs, templates, processes, systems, documentation, workflows, materials, and coaching content owned or licensed by Elite Fence Academy.

•"Fees" means the amounts payable for Services, specifically the $990 monthly investment for the coaching program.

2. THE SERVICES

•2.1 Service Scope: Services are provided as a "Done-With-You" model. We provide the blueprint, coaching, and tools; you are responsible for the implementation within your business.

•2.2 Coaching Sessions: Weekly coaching sessions are provided as part of the premium transformation program. Schedule and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

•2.3 Results Disclaimer: Elite Fence Academy does not guarantee specific revenue increases or business outcomes. Your success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, and implementation of the systems provided.

3. FEES, PAYMENT AND COMMITMENT

•3.1 Investment Structure: The transformation program requires a $990 monthly investment.

•3.2 Minimum Commitment: By enrolling, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months to ensure sufficient time for system implementation and lasting change.

•3.3 Payment Processing: Payments are processed automatically each month via our secure third-party processor (Stripe).

•3.4 Cancellation: After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your monthly enrollment with 30 days' written notice.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching materials, course content, and business templates provided are the exclusive property of Elite Fence Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business growth. You may not sell, share, or redistribute EFA IP to third parties.

5. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Elite Fence Academy for appointment reminders, coaching updates, and marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Fence Academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the coaching services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding three months.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
